These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "you") and mybet888 ("mybet888", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the mybet888 online betting and gaming platform, including all associated services, products, and content available at mybet888.co ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings ascribed to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the mybet888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Member's mybet888 Account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission and verification of government-issued identification documents.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all mybet888 Members within Account Settings.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any real-money product or service offered by mybet888. mybet888 strictly prohibits access by underage individuals, and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 You must be a natural person and not be acting on behalf of a third party. Corporate entities may not register personal betting accounts on the Platform.

2.3 You must not reside in, or be accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online betting or the use of the Platform is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of mybet888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. mybet888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

2.4 You must not be subject to a self-exclusion request previously submitted to mybet888 that remains in force at the time of registration or use.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 To access real-money products on mybet888, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as required, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) mybet888 Account. The existence of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms. mybet888 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, confiscate funds held in those accounts.

3.3 KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. mybet888 may also require KYC verification at any other time at its discretion, including upon registration, following a deposit above a certain threshold, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud or identity misrepresentation. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mybet888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

3.5 You must notify mybet888 immediately via Live Chat or the contact email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Deposits made to your mybet888 Account are for the purpose of placing bets and engaging in gaming on the Platform. You must not use the Platform to process payments on behalf of third parties or for any purpose unrelated to legitimate personal entertainment betting.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Specific betting rules, including market definitions, settlement criteria, and void bet policies, are published within each product section of the mybet888 Platform (Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, Fisher Games). These product-specific rules form part of these Terms.

5.2 All bets are accepted subject to the accuracy of the relevant odds, lines, or game parameters at the time of placement. mybet888 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds or parameters caused by technical error, provided such action is taken within a reasonable time following discovery.

5.3 mybet888's decision on all betting outcomes, dispute resolutions, and matters of bet interpretation shall be final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

5.4 mybet888 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts, limit bet acceptance, or decline any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 mybet888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to registered Members. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms specifying, at minimum, the minimum deposit amount, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and expiry period.

6.2 Bonuses are credited to your Account for wagering purposes and may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements are fulfilled. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may be forfeited if the associated promotion terms are not met within the specified period.

6.3 mybet888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated hedging of bonus wagers between accounts, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of mybet888:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in mybet888 systems to gain undue winnings;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mybet888 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

7.2 Violation of any prohibition in Section 7.1 entitles mybet888 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void all associated bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. mybet888 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the mybet888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game titles, odds feeds, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of mybet888 or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the prior written consent of mybet888.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 mybet888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

9.2 mybet888 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, mybet888 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account transaction, or any other matter arising from your use of mybet888, you should first contact mybet888 customer support via Live Chat or the designated support email, providing full details of the disputed matter including relevant transaction IDs, dates, and amounts.

10.2 mybet888 will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days. Complex cases may require additional time; mybet888 will communicate any extended timeline to you.

10.3 The decision of mybet888 on any dispute shall be final unless the Member can demonstrate clear manifest error in the application of stated betting or gaming rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mybet888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 mybet888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 mybet888 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical failure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

12. Termination

12.1 You may close your mybet888 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be paid out to you subject to completed KYC verification and absence of any outstanding investigation.

12.2 mybet888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at mybet888's sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, mybet888 may withhold the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 mybet888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
